Lindsay Cumming (Currently on Maternity Leave)

Lindsay grew up in Vancouver, Canada where she gained a love movement from an early age. Be it hiking in the forest, skiing in the mountains, dancing classical ballet, or practicing yoga or Pilates. So it only made sense that after a career in marketing and PR, she got out from behind her desk to focus on teaching Pilates and yoga.

Lindsay loves Pilates for how it allows her to move her spine in ways far beyond the everyday, and strengthen the body-mind-breath connection. Some of her favorite exercises include short spine, tower, semi circle, and anything that allows her to go into extension (think pulling straps and swan).

Lindsay provides her clients with creative sessions with a focus on technique and flow of movement, and that has them leaving longer, leaner and lighter.
