Class Schedule 

Set more of a challenge for yourself and test your limits  with some of our Movement Collective Pilates classes. using the Mat, the Reformer or Towers  in a set class (rather than personalised programming) and move through a whole body workout using higher reps with less time to rest. Our group classes are still small to ensure we can make every movement count and are appropriate for all levels of experience. 

Because these classes are designed for strength and endurance, if you are unsure if these classes are suitable for you, please chat to your studio instructor or one of our lovely tribe members to find out more. 

 

New to Reformer? take advantage of our Intro pack and try 5 classes for $150 (14 day expiry) available online for new members, if you are an exsisiting member of our studio, please contact admin.
