After you have completed your initial one on one session you are free to continue with our class choices above, or you can take advantage of our introductory offers below.

Studio Initial Consultation: $95

An initial consultation is all about you. It’s an opportunity for your instructor to discover your personal goals, learn about your movement history, and any past or current injuries you may have. We want to know why you decided to start Pilates. At the end of this session, your instructor will have a tailored program that works toward your personal goals. It’s the perfect time to ask any lingering questions you may have, and gain a good understanding of what to expect moving forward.

Your initial consult is the key to studio sessions. We make sure you have a personal program that’s safe and tailored to your body and goals. This is fabulous for targeted results and injury recovery. It also means our instructors can work with you efficiently in a small group environment (maximum four participants) using studio Pilates equipment.

Introductory offer: (New members only)

Add on some discounted private sessions to get a head start on your Pilates progress. Grab up to three private sessions for $100 each (save up to $90!) Sessions are valid for one month after Initial consultation session.

Studio (4:1)

Up to four participants per class, working on their own individual programs under the direction of one instructor using Pilates equipment. All Packages have a strict 12 week expiry.

Casual: $55
5 pack pass: $255 (save $20)
10 pack pass: $470 (save $80)
20 pack pass: $870 (save $250)

Private Studio (1:1)

One on one session with an instructor for those who are dealing with an injury or condition, have specific goals or simply just want to get the most out of their Pilates practice. All Packages have a strict 12 week expiry.

Casual: $130 (12 day expiry)
5 pack pass: $650
10 pack pass: $1250
20 pack pass: $2400 (save $200)
