Lauren completed her Diploma of Professional Pilates Practice in 2005 after discovering the transformative benefits of Pilates, and has been dedicated to the industry ever since. Over the years, she taught across three Sydney studios and was instrumental in the opening of the Hunters Hill studio in 2007. She also previously served as a faculty member and Training Coordinator for Pilates ITC — a role she valued deeply and which shaped her passion for education and mentoring.

Lauren is now the Australian Faculty for the Carolyne Anthony Method and delivers trainings throughout Australia and across Asia. She is passionate about raising the standard of Pilates education and supporting teachers to develop confident, intelligent and adaptable programming skills.

With a strong and evolving interest in women’s health, Lauren is certified through The Center for Women’s Fitness (2019) as a:

Lauren has a particular interest in the fascial system and how Pilates can integrate with it to create intelligent, whole-body programming. In 2023 she expanded her skillset with Slings Myofascial Training through Art of Motion and Anatomy Trains, and she enjoys weaving this work into her studio sessions — allowing clients to experience Pilates in its purest form alongside effective myofascial release strategies.

During 2020, Lauren also completed further study with Carla Mullins at Body Organics Education, exploring programming for autoimmune conditions, arthritis and other chronic presentations that benefit from thoughtful, individualised Pilates.

Alongside her teaching and educator roles, Lauren is a proud mum to two gorgeous girls — who can occasionally be spotted around the Parramatta studio.
