What’s the difference between a studio session a What’s the difference between a studio session and a reformer or tower class? 

Our reformer and tower classes are a pre programmed based around a specific movement or goal and taught to a group of participants with modifications offered when needed. These classes are generally designed for participants who are injury free and do not require an initial consultation prior to booking. These are available in the class tab when booking and have a maximum of 6 participants. 

Our studio sessions are a little different to what you see in this reel and are designed specifically for the individual. Whether that’s rehabilitation or prehab sessions, returning to exercise after birth or sickness, postural correction or simply wanting specific training for your goals. These sessions require an initial consultation before joining, have a maximum of four participants and are available to book under our appointments tab.

It’s not just Pilates for women — it’s a whole-body, trauma-aware, nervous system-informed approach to women’s health.

This method empowers instructors to teach with understanding, not just instruction. 💫

Join us on Friday 21st November + Friday 5th December for the first two modules of the CAM women’s health certification programme. 

Both workshops are PDP-approved with the Pilates Association Australia and officially licensed through us by Carolyne Anthony. (Only provider in Australia) 

These two form the foundation of Carolyne’s specialised women’s health education — they’re pre-requisites if you’re working toward full certification, but you’re also welcome to join these workshops anytime down the track if you’re just curious or want to deepen your understanding first. 🌿

More courses are coming soon — Menopause, Pre/Postnatal, and Diastasis Recti Recovery — and these sessions will help you get the most out of them!
